1. License Grant for Purchased Digital Downloads

1.1. The Licensor grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the purchased Digital Download for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2. The Purchaser is prohibited from sharing or distributing the purchased Digital Download to any third party.

1.3. Attribution to the Licensor is not required for purchased Digital Downloads.

2. License Grant for Free Digital Downloads

2.1. The Licensor grants Free Users a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the free Digital Download for personal use only, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2.2. Free Users are prohibited from sharing or distributing the free Digital Download to any third party.

2.3. Attribution to the Licensor is required for free Digital Downloads.

3. Ownership and Copyright

3.1. All rights, including copyright, in and to the Digital Downloads, remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

4. Termination

4.1. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate any license granted under this Agreement for any breach of its terms.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1. The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Digital Downloads' fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or performance.

5.2. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Digital Downloads.

6. General

6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By downloading or purchasing a Digital Download from Adrian Riccio Editing, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
